Dr. Liane Garrett is a triple board-certified Family, Emergency and Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner and a recurring speaker at national conferences for the American Board of Cardiovascular Medicine. She holds three doctorates, a DNP from Chatham and two PhD’s from University of Natural Health. Her third doctorate is as a Hygio-Physician, specializing in holistic health and nutrition. She has written many articles as a contributing author for Live Well, a publication focused on health and wellness. Dr. Garrett is dedicated to improving the health of everyone in her community, as she volunteers at a free clinic in Greater Cincinnati.
Like most, Dr. Garrett dreads the aging process, so she is dedicated to helping others age gracefully. She is a perfectionist and an artist at heart, with a deep desire to make people happy. Combining her medical expertise and her intrinsic strength in health and beauty, Dr. Garrett has developed a system to make aesthetic medicine easy, comfortable and affordable. She loves guiding men and women through the processes of aesthetic medicine, empowering them to feel healthy and beautiful, inside and out.
Susan is a beautiful soul, who specializes in Hormone Replacement, wrinkle reduction with neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Xeomin, Daxxify) as well as with dermal fillers. She is certified in CDL and DOTs as well as wellness and weight loss. She has a passion for people and tries to create a welcoming, caring and educational experience for all of those in her care.
She is a Nurse Practitioner who has worked in Urgent Care, Holistic Medicine, and dermatology. She is graduate of University of Cincinnati and is a Bearcat through and through. She knows what it takes to create a beautiful life for patients both inside and out. She is scheduling at the Batesville office.
A graduate of Northern Kentucky University, Kendra Lake is a certified nurse injector as well as a certified Collagen Induction Therapist in Microneedling. Her areas of expertise include neurotoxins (like Botox®, Jeuveau, Dysport and Xeomin), wrinkle fillers (like Juvederm®, Voluma®, RHA Designer Fillers, Versa, Restylane Products like Kiss, Lyft, Defyne) and collagen induction therapy (also known as microneedling) to increase elasticity within the skin, decrease scarring, and balance skin tone. Kendra is also certified in personalized infusion therapy to reduce aging symptoms.
Kendra understands that each patient is unique and develops treatment plans per patient versus using a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Kendra is committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic innovation and science and participates regularly in continuing education to ensure that patients experience the best technology and techniques available. Kendra has a thorough understanding of facial aesthetics.
Kendra understands that confidence in one’s physical appearance is a great motivator to taking care of one’s overall health. She believes that aesthetic medicine is a great approach to transforming one’s self to be the best version possible. She has a deep passion helping her patients find and express their confidence. Beauty is in self-love and self-confidence.
A graduate of Indiana University, Alisha E. is a highly trained aesthetic nurse and certified as a nurse injector. Alisha has worked as an RN in a variety of outpatient and inpatient settings over more than a decade of medical practice. As a certified nurse injector, she specializes in non-surgical treatments to restore and enhance natural beauty. Alisha is known for her calm nature as well as her gentle touch. She has a way with patients that make them feel at ease in her presence.
As a specialist in her field, Alisha provides cosmetic consultations and treatments using aesthetic injectables such as neurotoxins (like Botox®), wrinkle fillers (like Juvederm® & Voluma®) and dermal fillers. She has a passion for integrating wellness, compassion and artistry into her procedures. She loves to spend time with patients, answering their questions and ensuring that they understand all aspects of health and wellness.
Meet Becky S.
Becky is a Registered Nurse who holds both a BSN from Southern Indiana University and a MSN in nursing from Mount St. Joseph University. She has over 5 years experience working with the pediatric population, but has a love for beauty and wellness.
She has a passion for caring for people and making them feel beautiful both physically and spiritually. She harvests the ability to make people feel at ease in her presence while educating them in all aspects of health and wellness. She has the ability to make others feel welcome and accepted in her company. She is driven and outgoing. She has a spunk and a zest for life that makes her fun to be around.
Her aesthetic skills are like artistry, she is able to see what is needed and using her knowledge and skill she is able to create the look you want and need. She sees aesthetic medicine as a way to make people feel better about themselves, while helping them to Empower themselves to live healthier more vibrant lives.
Meet Lacie V. Empowering Health’s Medical Assistant/Skincare Specialist
Lacie V., is an Ivy Tech Graduate and Empowering Health’s Medical Assistant and Skincare Specialist.
Lacie has the most calming presence you will ever encounter. She has a gentle way about her that makes you feel relaxed, calm, and centered. When she is doing facial treatments, clients have remarked about how she put them at ease and made them feel wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and can walk you through every step of her processes. She is trained in many aspects of skincare and facial services. If you just want a day of pampering, Lacie is your girl. If you are receiving vitamin injections from Lacie, don’t worry her technique is flawless and nearly pain free. If you are in the office for PRP with microneedling, her phlebotomy skills are on point! She takes the stress and worry out of your appointment.

Meet Kate T. Empowering Health’s Medical Assistant/Skincare Specialist
Kate graduated from ADAPT in 2020 as a dental assistant, but pursued aesthetics upon completion. Since 2020, Kate has received certifications in aesthetics and skincare through AlumierMD, Essential Oils Health Coaching through ISFTA, Phlebotomy and IV Placement through Indiana School of Phlebotomy, and is working on completing coursework to become a Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner through the University of Natural Health.
She fosters a love a teaching and wants to improve the health and wellness of those entrusted to her care. She works hard to ensure that each patient feels heard, understood and valued. She is gentle and kind.
